Contact

jdbam offers two contact methods for players. The first is 24/7 Live Chat, which you can open directly on the website to chat instantly in Myanmar language. The second is email at [email protected]. Both options are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without interruption.

Yes — you can speak directly with the jdbam customer support team in Myanmar language. Both Live Chat and email support are available in Myanmar language, so players in Myanmar find it more convenient since there is no need for translation.

The jdbam support team operates 24 hours a day on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT). Whether you have a question late at night while playing or early in the morning, you can reach the support team at any time.

To get your issue resolved faster, have these details ready before contacting support — your registered phone number / username, the date and time the problem occurred (MMT), your transfer number or Transaction ID if it is a payment issue, and a screenshot of the problem if available. Having these ready allows the support team to resolve things more quickly.

jdbam's official contact channels are Live Chat and [email protected] only. jdbam does not provide support through any messaging app such as Telegram, Viber, or Messenger. Do not trust anyone contacting you through those channels or share your personal information with them.

Account Security

The official jdbam address is jdbam.app only. If the URL looks different — for example, slightly different characters in the jdbam part, or a different ending such as ".com" or ".net" — it may be a fake site. Check the lock icon in your browser address bar. Always double-check the URL before logging in or making a payment.

An OTP (One-Time Password) is a single-use code for accessing your account. The jdbam support team will never ask for your OTP, so do not share it with anyone. If you give it to someone, they can immediately access your account and you may lose funds. When you receive a code, keep it on your own phone — do not share it with anyone, ever.

The entire jdbam service is protected with SSL encryption (TLS protocol). Logins, payments, and all personal data are encrypted, making it extremely difficult for anyone outside to intercept. As long as the lock icon appears in your browser address bar, your connection is encrypted.

Two-step verification (2FA) is a security method that requires not just a password but also a second proof of identity, such as a phone OTP. Even if someone tries to access your account without knowing your password, they will be blocked at the second step — making it an effective way to prevent account theft. It is recommended to keep this turned on.

Never share it — the jdbam support team will never ask for your password. If anyone asks for your password via Live Chat or email, treat it as a phishing attempt. If this happens, immediately notify [email protected] and change your password as soon as possible.

Documents and Verification

jdbam may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification when your withdrawal amounts become large, at the time of your first withdrawal, when reopening an account that has been inactive for a long time, or when an account security check is needed. At that point, you will need to provide your national ID (NRC) or passport.

This is a financial security policy. The name registered on your jdbam account must match the recipient name on the payment account you withdraw to, such as KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay. If they do not match, your withdrawal may be held and the correction process can take time. Check this before registering.

jdbam stores personal documents submitted by players on an encrypted server and does not share them with third parties except for KYC purposes. Staff who handle those documents are also required to follow strict confidentiality policies. For more details, read our Privacy Policy.

KYC verification is in place to prevent fraud and abuse from players opening multiple accounts. You can continue playing without verification until it is requested. However, for large withdrawals, payment cannot be processed without completed verification — this check is there to protect all players.

Once KYC verification is complete, withdrawals are processed promptly. The normal withdrawal processing time is 10 to 45 minutes from the time of request. If it takes longer, it may be due to a communication delay or network issue — you can contact the support team.
