1. Account Registration & User Requirements

To open an account at jdbam, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be 21 years of age or older. You must be a person permitted to use this website under the laws of Myanmar.
• Each individual may only open one account. If a single person opens more than one account, jdbam reserves the right to suspend all such accounts.
• You must register with accurate and complete personal information. Accounts opened with false information may be closed without prior notice.
• You must cooperate with the Know Your Customer (KYC) process carried out during account registration.
• You must keep your account login details confidential, and you are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

At jdbam, the financial terms and conditions are as follows—

• Minimum deposit — You can deposit from 3,000 Ks using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, or Bank Transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal — 10,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time — Requests are normally completed within 10 to 45 minutes from the time of submission.
• Players must withdraw using the same method they used to deposit. Exceptions are subject to jdbam's discretion.
• jdbam reserves the right to investigate any deposit or withdrawal request that appears to involve fraud or manipulation.
• jdbam reserves the right to review every withdrawal against international financial compliance standards before processing.

3. Bonus and Wagering Requirements

Bonuses and promotions offered by jdbam come with wagering requirements—

• Welcome Bonus — A 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from it can be withdrawn. Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 50,000 Ks; a wagering requirement of 300,000 Ks applies.
• The bonus is available once per player account only.
• If you wish to withdraw your original deposit amount before completing the bonus wagering requirement, the bonus will be forfeited.
• jdbam reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer with prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred out or converted to cash.

4. VIP Membership Tiers and Cashback System

jdbam's VIP programme has 4 tiers—

• Bronze — Earn up to 0.3% cashback on your weekly balance.
• Silver — Earn up to 0.6% cashback on your weekly balance.
• Gold — Earn up to 0.9% cashback on your weekly balance.
• Platinum — Earn up to 1.2% cashback on your weekly balance.

VIP tier progression depends on a player's activity and the level of responsibility they demonstrate. jdbam reserves the right to adjust VIP tiers and will notify players in advance. Cashback will be credited directly to the account and is subject to wagering requirements.

5. Prohibited Conduct

All players must strictly avoid the following conduct on the jdbam platform—

• Bonus abuse in any form.
• Any activity related to money laundering.
• Collusion with other players and the use of bots or automated software.
• Copying, distributing, or repurposing the site's software, data, or content without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or verbally abusing other players.
• Using insider information to gain an unfair advantage in game decisions.

If any of the above violations are found, jdbam will suspend the player's account, make a determination on the remaining balance, and pursue legal action.

6. Games and Fair Play

All games on jdbam use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to produce outcomes, ensuring fair play—

• The rules for each game are displayed within the game itself and can be read by players before they start.
• If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection, communication failure, or technical issue, jdbam will review the recorded game data and take appropriate action.
• If a player wishes to dispute a game result, they can submit it to the jdbam support team along with the relevant Transaction ID or Game Round ID.
• Once a game round is fully completed, the result cannot be reversed.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

jdbam protects players' personal information using SSL encryption technology. Full details can be found on the Privacy Policy page. Players' financial information and game records are not shared with third parties — except where required by law.

8. Account Closure and Restrictions

Circumstances under which jdbam may close a player's account—

• When the player requests to close their own account.
• When there is evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• As a precautionary measure while anti-money laundering or fraud investigations are being carried out.
• When the player requests a restriction under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Players who wish to set their own limits can contact the jdbam support team to request a Weekly Limit, Cooling-off Period, or Self-exclusion.

9. Limitation of Liability

jdbam is not responsible for any financial losses suffered by the player, losses caused by connection issues, or problems that occur without any action on the player's part. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Services may be temporarily suspended during server maintenance or technical upgrades, but jdbam will make every effort to notify players in advance.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between a player and jdbam will be resolved through the following process—

• The matter must first be submitted to jdbam's 24/7 Live Chat or to [email protected].
• Once the submission is received, it will be handled in accordance with Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).
• The player may continue playing during the investigation period, but funds related to the dispute may be temporarily put on hold.
• jdbam's decision is final and does not affect any legal rights the player may have.

11. Policy Changes

jdbam reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately from the date they are posted. Players should check this page regularly. Continuing to play after any changes are made is considered acceptance of the updated terms. jdbam will make an effort to notify players in advance of any major changes.
